Shipping and delivery

We ship our fragrances worldwide. The exact shipping costs will be transparently calculated and displayed for you again in the shopping basket and at the checkout before you complete your order. They depend on the delivery area and the size of your order (individual scent samples vs. standard packages for flacons).

Our Shipping Partners

To ensure your order arrives quickly and undamaged, we work with the following logistics partners:

• Within the EU (including Germany): Shipping is with DHL.
• Outside the EU (worldwide): Shipping is with DHL Express.

Important notice for international orders (outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain, USA etc.), further costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

These fees are charged directly by the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country and are not included in our shipping costs.
